Hey guys. Today we have a seafood salad I think will be good for spring and summer. Try it out, tell me what you think, but most of all - bon appetit! Try this out for a picnic -- it is awesome summer food.
This dish is for four persons and is done in 50 minutes
Ingredients:
500g seafood; shrimps or lobster tails for example.
1.5 table spoon mayonnaise
1.5 table spoon light creme fraiche
1 tea spoon curry
1.5 tea spoon concentrated apple juice
1 bundle dill
0.5 apple
four potatoes
3dl oil for the frying
0.5 leek
salt
white pepper
1 ta spoon oil for the frying
1.5 table spoon mayonnaise
1.5 table spoon light creme fraiche
1 tea spoon curry
1.5 tea spoon concentrated apple juice
1 bundle dill
0.5 apple
four potatoes
3dl oil for the frying
0.5 leek
salt
white pepper
1 ta spoon oil for the frying
This is how you do it:
1. Peel, take out the core of- and slice the apple. Quickly fry the parts in a frying pan with a little curry and let them cool down.
2. Fine hack the dill. Blend mayonnaise, light creme fraiche, curry, apple juice and dill in a bowl for a dressing. Let it be for a while so that the curry can flavor the rest.
3. Shred the potatoes to "match sticks". Fry them in a frying pan or fryer with oil until the potatoes are golden brown. If you use a frying pan, don't forget to have a big cap ready if the oil becomes over heated and remember to shut off the fan if that happens. Take the potato with a skimmer and let the oil run off it, salt.
4. Heat a frying pan with some oil in it and fry the leek.
5. Serve the seafood with small pommes frites, leek and apple.
