Ground beef (1/2 pound)
Green Pepper (1 large, diced)
Onion (1/2 cup, chopped)
White rice (2 cups, cooked)
Garlic (1 clove, minced)
Tomato soup (1 can or 10.75 ounce undiluted)
Cheese food (4 ounces, cubed)
Chili powder (1 teaspoon)
Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

How to do it:
Take a large skillet and in here cook the beef, green pepper, onion and garlic, do all of this over medium heat and until the meat is no longer pink, after this drain the mixture and now add the rice, soup, chili powder, also add the salt and pepper. You will have to cook this until the cheese is melted and then transfer part of the mix to a 3-cup baking dish. Once you have this cover and bake the mixture at 350ยบ-Fahrenheit degrees for about 35 minutes. Now that you have this done you can take it out from the oven and enjoy it with a little bread aside or maybe with a refreshing beverage. It is very simple and you can also give it a more fashionable presentation by adding some fresh parsley on top.
