30 fresh strawberries, large ones, with intact stems

Wash the strawberries and dry using towels, and finally set it aside once completely dry. While using refrigerated strawberries, always allow it to come to room temperature before dipping it in hot chocolate. This is because if the fruit is cold, then condensation happens and this prevents the chocolate from sticking. Melt the chocolate chips by keeping it in microwave for 1 minute and then blend it in brandy, liquor or coffee.
Catching hold of stem or the leaves of strawberries dip it into the chocolate and swirl in chocolate to partially cover. Take off the strawberries from the hot chocolate and just give it a shake before removing. Repeat these steps with the remaining strawberries. Allow the chocolate to harden by keeping them aside or in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. The chocolate dipped strawberries are best to be eaten within a day - always to be served at room temperature to bring out the best blend.
