Tortilla Chicken and Vegetable Soup Recipe

For this soup you will not need much ingredients, you need to take chicken and then some vegetables to make it tastier and flavored it. Then you can add some spices to make it look better, and of course taste better, search your kitchen for the ingredients you have and for the ones you want to add to the soup.
Chicken Soup

You will need:
Chicken (1 whole, cut into pieces)
Water (4 quarts)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Celery (3 stalks, chopped)
Onion (1, finely diced)
Tomatoes with juice (2 cans or 14 ounces, peeled and diced)
Chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
Red bell pepper (1 chopped)
Ground cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
White pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
Frozen kernels (1 package or 10 ounces)
Green onions (1, thinly sliced)
Fresh cilantro (2 bunches, chopped)
White rice (2 cups, cooked)
Salt (to taste)
How to do it:
For this recipe you have to place the chicken in a water stockpot and then add the celery, onion and garlic, finally cover and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken is tender, this would happen in about 45 minutes. After this remove the chicken from broth and set it aside to cool, after this skim off the fat and smash the garlic cloves against the side of the pot, then you can add the tomatoes, carrots, cumin, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and bouillon until they are broth. Cover and simmer this mix for at least 30 minutes. Finally add the corn, green onion, and cilantro; finally simmer for 10 minutes. Now add the chicken to soup and add also the white rice, serve it into bowls and include the tortilla chips.
