Easy Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless) - 4
Chopped green onion - 1/4 cup
Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
Marsala wine - 1/3 cup
A pinch of salt and pepper for taste
Heavy cream - 1/3 cup
Milk - 1/8 cup
Directions
Take any large deep frying pan and saute chicken pieces in that pan for about 15 to 20 minutes until cooked properly and lose its pink color and juices run clear.
Add some mushrooms and green onion and stir-fry until the vegetables become soft, then add 1/3 cup Marsala wine in that vegetables and let the entire mixture boil.
Boil the entire mixture for 2 to 4 minutes and sprinkle it with salt and pepper to season it properly according to your taste. Mix in milk and cream and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until the whole mixture is heated and cooked properly.
You can use chicken leg pieces instead of breasts as they dry out faster. You can also add herbs like parsley, thyme, different types of pepper to make it a bit spicy. You can also use shallots but fry it properly. You can saute the chicken pieces with garlic in olive oil if you like the taste of garlic. Brown rice and asparagus will certainly complement the dish and your guests will crave for more. To make it more authentic pasta will be great with this dish.
