You will need:
Ground beef
Taco seasoning mix (1 ounce, divided)
Can refried beans (1 can, 16 ounce)
Water (2/3)
Taco shells (12 prepared crisp taco)
Avocados (2)
Sour cream (1 tablespoon)
Limejuice (1)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Tortillas (12)
Cheddar cheese (2 cups, shredded)
Lettuce (1 cup, shredded)
Tomato (1 large, chopped)
Onion (chopped, ¼)
Sour cream (1/2 cup)
How to do it:
You can place the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat an in here sprinkle the taco seasoning over the mix, but not all. Then you can cook and stir the ground beef and break it up as it coats, and then you can cook it until the beef is browned and crumbly, finally you can drain the excess grease. Finally you can mash the refried beans in water with the saucepan, and put the rest of the seasoning package. After this heat the beans at lower heat and leave to simmer. Finally preheat the oven and place the crisp taco shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Now you have finished the tacos, but you are still missing the guacamole, for this mix the avocados in a mixing bowl and set them aside. To make the tacos, spread 2 tablespoons of heated refried beans, and gently wrap the tortilla shell, also add the ground beef and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese on top of the meat. Top the cheese with shredded lettuce and add the sour cream and the guacamole, enjoy!
