Banana Pancakes

If you aren't feeling like plain old homemade pancakes for breakfast give this recipe a try. They aren't any harder to make than your usual pancakes, but the added banana gives them a whole new taste. Below is the recipe for delicious homemade banana pancakes from scratch.

Ingredients you will need:
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 egg, whipped up
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, sliced and mashed
Directions
Get a large bowl to mix your ingredients in. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the bowl. Stir the dry mixture so that the ingredients are evenly spread throughout. In a different bowl add your egg (already beaten), milk, vegetable oil, and bananas. Mix these ingredients together in their own bowl.
Next, add the two mixtures together into whichever bowl is larger. Your batter will be a little clumpy, but that's ok.
Finally, get a griddle or frying pan, apply a light layer of oil to the pan, and place it over medium-high heat. Now it's time to cook your pancakes. Scoop out approximately ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and pour it onto the pan. Cook pancakes until each side is a golden brown color. Once the second side is done your pancakes are ready to serve.
