Since I could not eat any wheat or gluten and no milk I missed being able to enjoy eating the pancakes that I was making.

I have found an alternative way of enjoying pancakes which to my family still tastes the same so those who normal eat pancakes.
Here is my recipe for the wheat and gluten and milk free pancakes.
You can use:-
8 oz of wheat and gluten free plain flour for making cakes
2 eggs
1 pint of soy milk and
add a little soy butter to the mixture
Then you mix in together and put oil into the frying pan and each pancake you make you put different layers of tasty fruit, chocolate sauce if you want to or jam or lemon. Each layer should be different and if you can not eat sugar put less on or none.
When you are making pancakes with just plain flour put the same amounts in and if you have less flour put in half of every ingredient you have
For instance 4 oz of plain flour 1 egg half a pint of milk and the same applies for the wheat and gluten free pancakes. For those to can use milk you can put normal milk into the wheat and gluten free pancakes.
If you only have a little milk of soy milk then add cold water to the mixture and blend it in and yes the taste should still be the same. My family have tried it and for those on a low budget it helps.
Also if you are on a diet you can put low calorie filling into your pancakes so you can also enjoy having a little of the cake.
