For the crust you'll need 2 cups of crushed graham crackers, 1/4th cup of sugar and 1/4th stick of melted butter. For the filling you'll need 4 packets (8 ounce each) of cream cheese which you have to soften, one and half cups sugar, 1/4th cup corn starch, 1tblsp vanilla, 2 large eggs, and 2 egg whites and half a cup of heavy cream.

Beat cream cheese until really soft. Add sugar, corn starch, eggs, egg whites one by one and beat well until fluffy and devoid of lumps. Pour batter into prepared base and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for sixty to seventy minutes.

To make it a strawberry cheese cake you need to make a red ripe strawberry topping that does wonders to the eye as well as your palette. For the topping you need a quart of fresh strawberries washed and hulled and 1 cup of sugar. Puree half the strawberries along with the sugar. Add the remaining whole strawberries to it.
