My personal favorite smoothie is to mix 2 scoops of ViSalus, eight ounces of Kefir (has calcium and loads of beneficial probiotics for digestion), ½ cup of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of ground flax or chia seeds for the Omega 3 you need.
Healthy eating does not necessarily have to be an expensive affair and I have found that ViSalus is a great tasting low calorie way to add nutrients and fiber for low calorie healthy breakfast smoothies.
